Refund Policy

EzyRFP currently operates on an onboarding based pricing model that includes a one time setup fee and a prepaid service term.

Setup Fee

The setup fee is non refundable. This covers onboarding, account configuration, data setup, and initial customization completed before access is provided.

Service Term Refunds

If a client chooses to terminate early, EzyRFP may refund 75 percent of the unused service term.

Any month that has already started is considered used and will not be refunded.
Refunds apply only to full unused months remaining in the term.

Activation

Once the account is activated and onboarding begins, the setup fee remains non refundable regardless of usage.

Service Issues

In rare cases where EzyRFP is unable to deliver core functionality, partial refunds or credits may be considered at EzyRFP’s discretion.
